Delivery
- You must be at your premises to receive your order. Alternatively, your order can be delivered to a neighbour or your place or work. If you are not at your premises when your order arrives and have not made other arrangements it may be necessary for the courier to leave a card saying he called and you will need to call and make another arrangement for redelivery. In some circumstances this will involve an additional freight charge.
- Please note that in order to keep costs down we are unable to deliver at specific times.
- Occasionally there may be a delay in your shipment due to our use of outsourced courier services. These couriers may encounter obstacles and circumstances that are beyond our/their control. Should you have any queries please call us on (02) 9636 8897.
- Our couriers deliver to various locations within Sydney Metro only at this time.

- Boxes For Moving believes that the material included on this website was correct at time of publication, and accepts no responsibility in any respect for claims of losses, injuries, inconvenience, delay or damage to person or property, whatsoever arising, except as to the extent that any provisions herein are contrary to the provisions of Part V of the Trade Practices Act.
General & Trading
- All items are subject to availability.
- Boxes may vary slightly in size and markings depending on availability.
- Product specifications and prices are subject to change from time to time without notice. This does not happen regularly, but it may mean you browse our site on two different occasions and see a different item or price each time. However, the price and type of item you see displayed on our website at the time you place your order is what you will receive & be charged for.
- If you wish to contact us by phone, our trading hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm except for public holidays. Orders made outside of these trading hours will be processed on the next business day.
- During the Christmas/New Year Holiday period we close for approximately 2 weeks. Exact dates vary from year to year. During this time no orders will be processed. Please make sure you get your order in early to avoid disappointment.
Pricing
- All prices include GST.
- With the exception of our discount packs, prices on all our items do not include delivery. Delivery on individual items will be calculated once you have entered the quantity of items you wish to order.
- Please choose carefully and check costs before finalising your order as Boxes For Moving takes no responsibility for incorrect purchases. Due to our processing costs any cancelled orders will be charged a $10 cancellation fee plus the cost of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
Privacy
- Your private details will not be passed on to any Third Party. This applies except where those details are relevant to the processing and delivery of your order such as your address to the courier company when your order is shipped.
Refunds
- If you are dissatisfied with the boxes or packaging you purchase from us you can return them in their original condition within 5 working days from your delivery arrival date. We will credit your credit card, once our warehouse receives the packages.
- There will be a $10 cancellation fee that will apply to cover processing costs.
- The cost of freight in both directions is the Customer's responsibility.
- Where there is a fault with the item you received we will refund freight charges. However, we require you to notify us either by email or phone prior to sending anything back. We need to know your reason for sending the item back as we reserve the right to evaluate each claim on a case by case basis. We will advise you what to do after our consideration.
- The item being returned must be unused and neatly packaged on return to us.
